We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when refunds apply for SkillMaarg programs, operated by Execube Digital. Please read it before enrolling, and contact us with any questions.
1. Cooling-Off Period
If you cancel within 7 days of payment AND before more than 10% of the program (or the first 2 live sessions) has been delivered, you are eligible for a refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable registration charge and applicable payment-gateway fees.
2. After the Cooling-Off Period
Once the program has substantially commenced (beyond the limits above), fees are non-refundable, as seats and resources are allocated to you. EMI/instalment commitments remain payable as agreed.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@skillmaarg.com or WhatsApp +91 97735 90251 with your name, registered email/phone, and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
5. Batch Changes & Deferrals
If you cannot continue, you may request a one-time deferral to a future batch (subject to availability) instead of a refund, within the first two weeks of the program.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In genuine, documented cases (e.g. medical emergencies), we review refund/deferral requests sympathetically on a case-by-case basis.
