1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or disrupt its content or services. All content, branding, and course material is the intellectual property of SkillMaarg / Execube Digital and may not be reproduced without permission.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
Enrolment is confirmed once fees (or the agreed first instalment) are received. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of enrolment.
3. Fees & Payments
Program fees, EMI options, and payment schedules are communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule to retain access to the program.
4. Program Delivery
Programs are delivered via live online classes, recordings, assignments, and live projects. Schedules, mentors, and curriculum may be updated to keep content current; we will communicate material changes.
5. Placement Support
We provide placement support including portfolio reviews, interview preparation, and introductions to hiring partners. Placement support is a best-effort service and is not a guarantee of employment unless explicitly stated in writing.
6. Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to behave respectfully toward mentors, staff, and peers. We reserve the right to remove access for misconduct, harassment, or sharing of proprietary material.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkillMaarg / Execube Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or programs, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi NCR.
